jiu-jitsu CLASSES

  • Coaching kids at jiu-jitsu tournament

    Wolf Cubs

Our Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program focuses on building confidence, coordination, and resilience through structured grappling training. Classes are high-energy and engaging, while still maintaining clear standards around discipline, respect, and effort. Kids learn fundamental Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu positions, control, and self-defense concepts in a safe, age-appropriate environment that helps them develop both on and off the mats.

  • Jiu-jitsu grappling in kimono

    Gi Jiu-jitsu

Gi Jiu-Jitsu is grappling with the kimono, where grips, control, and technical detail matter at a high level. We teach strong fundamentals, grip fighting, guard work, passing, and submissions with an emphasis on precision and efficiency. If you want to sharpen your technique and build a deep, technical game, this is where it happens.

  • Nogi grappling competition

    NoGi

NoGi is fast, athletic grappling without the kimono. We train takedowns, clinch-to-ground transitions, positional control, and high-percentage submissions with an emphasis on timing and pressure. Expect a strong pace, modern technique, and training that carries over directly to MMA and real-world grappling.

  • Coaches and competitors at tournament

    Competition Class

This is our highest-intensity room. The Competition Class is for people who want to push pace, sharpen strategy, and train like it matters. We focus on scoring awareness, match-specific rounds, drilling under fatigue, and building reliable A-games for tournament day. If you want to be tested, you will be tested. (BLUE BELT AND UP)

  • Fundamental Jiu-Jitsu Class

Fundamentals Class is designed to build a strong foundation in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu through proper movement patterns, core concepts, and safe, high-percentage techniques. The structured pace and repeated drilling improve retention, reduce injury risk, and develop safe training habits, timing awareness, etiquette, and when to tap.
